Nice location and view! Very friendly people and family with perfect and personal guests touch! Very high level of service and delicious meals all the time! Very nice and clean wellness area. We visited this place for our winter vacation including NEW YEAR EVE for the first time and we were amazed. I am recommending this hotel for any type of tourists no matter winter or summer! Thank you! When I am in the area, I will visit you! :)

I've never stayed in the hotel but it's a great place to drive to (or a vertical slog up the mountain for an hour and a half! - take footpath #4 from Bruneck/Dietenheim to Amaten), to enjoy a drink and some dessert on the cozy garden furniture - with breathtaking views. I'd suggest hanging around for the sunset (but not if you still have to walk down). The prices are reasonable for the region, and a prime spot like this.

The hotel is a quiet place with a nice view. The staff was very helpful and always with anything advice. Very tasty food, varied breakfast . Hotel facilities were always clean . Noisy rooms

Excellent food, great views at the Kronplatz from some of the available rooms, very friendly nad helpful staff, tideness. Unfortunately rooms and baths are often quite small.
